【摘要】:Thespatialandtemporaldistributionofacousticpressurewithinanultrasonicfieldiscommonlydeterminedbyusingminiaturepiezoelectrichydrophones.Thesehydrophonesarenorabsolutedevicesandtherelationbetweentheacousticpressureintheultrasonicfieldandthevoltageproducedbythehydrophonemustbedeterminedbycalibration.Planarscanninginvolvestheuseofhydrophonetodeterminethebeamprofileofatransducerofknownoutputpower.Theaccuracyofthetechniquecanbecomparablewiththatofreciprocity.Whilsttheconceptofthetechniqueofplanarscanningcanbeappliedatanyfrequency,theparticulartechniquesdescribedinthisinternationalstandardaremostapplicabletothefrequencyrange0,5MHzto15MHz.
