【摘要】:ThisDraftforDevelopmentgivesguidanceandrecommendationsfortheuseofthecorestructuresspecifiedinDD8788-3.NOTE1Manyofthestructureshavethefacilityfortypes(representedintheirrespective“typename”parts),andthesetypesaresemanticallysignificantinthedomainsinwhichthestandardistobeused.NOTE2InteroperabilitydependsnotonlyonthesyntacticconformitytotheDD8788-3specification,butalsoonwhetherthestructuresareusedtorepresentthesamekindsofthingsinreallife.NOTE3Whilethemainpurposeoftheserecommendationsistooptimizeinteroperabilitybetweensystemsandportabilityofrecords,considerationisalsogiventosimplicity,andfeasibilityofimplementation.ThispartofDD8788recommendswhatisrepresentedbyeachstructure,andwhatvocabularytermsshouldbeusedwithinthe“typename”partstoensuremaximalinteroperability.Itprovidesrecommendationsforhowinitialvocabulariescanbeamendedandextended.AnnexAgivesdetailregardingtheassociatedIMSspecifications.AnnexBprovidesinformationaboutthefunctionalitytodescribeandpackagelearningmaterialsintointeroperable,distributablepackages.Itisrecommendedthattheseinteroperablepackagesareusedtoexchangepackagesoflearnerinformationandinformationabouttransportmessagingandprotocols.AnnexCprovidesanillustrationofhowthisstandardcanbeused,linkedtotheadvancedexampleprovidedinAnnexD.AnnexEprovidesinformationonhowvocabulariescanbeused.ThispartofDD8788doesnotcoveraccessibilityconsiderations.
