【摘要】:Aknowledgeofthehydrocarboncompositionofprocessstreamsandpetroleumproductsboilingwithintherangeof205to540x00B0;C(400to1000x00B0;F)isusefulinfollowingtheeffectofchangesinprocessvariables,diagnosingthesourceofplantupsetsandinevaluatingtheeffectofchangesincompositiononproductperformanceproperties.Thistestmethod,whenusedtogetherwithTestMethodD3239,providesadetailedanalysisofthehydrocarboncompositionofsuchmaterials.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationbyhighionizingvoltagemassspectrometryofsevensaturatedhydrocarbontypesandonearomatictypeinsaturatepetroleumfractionshavingaveragecarbonnumbers16through32.Thesaturatetypesincludealkanes(0-rings),single-ringnaphthenes,andfivefusednaphthenetypeswith2,3,4,5,and6rings.Thenonsaturatetypeismonoaromatic.Noncondensednaphthenesareanalyzedassinglerings.Samplesmustbenonolefinicandmustcontainlessthan5volume%monoaromatic.Compositiondataareinvolumepercent.1.2ThevaluesstatedinacceptableSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
